Both fighters are confirmed to use 10oz gloves. Previously, Mayweather agreed to use 8oz gloves as he privately offer this option to the McGregor himself. However, Nevada State Athletic Commission (NSAC) Rules won’t allow that. NSAC ruled the fighters weighed at 135-147 can wear 8oz gloves if both fighters are agreed. However, this mega fight is contracted as junior middleweight division with limit of 154 so there is no possibility to wear gloves under 10oz.
